Royal Immunity

Recently, the 3YO and 5YO were playing Legos downstairs. The 3YO was dressed in a princess costume. My husband told them to clean up their mess. About two minutes later I heard our 5YO yelling at his sister and then he came pounding up the stairs.

5YO: "MOM! She is not cleaning up and we both made the mess!!! She isn't helping me at all!"

3YO pounding up the stairs, hand on hip

3YO: "But I told him I'm a PRINCESS! Princesses just don't have to clean up!"

5YO: "YOU are NOT a REAL PRINCESSSS!!!!"

3YO: "Yes I AM! LOOK AT ME!"

Husband: "In this house, princesses have to clean up too. Nice try."

3YO: "fine"



I need to get me a princess dress.
